Ordering: Orders can be sent via mail, e-mail, or fax. We will confirm the order at time of receipt and advise of any shipping delays or backorders.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and pricing by us. We will contact you for approval if the prices are higher.
Sales Tax: California tax rates by county - (7.75%) Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego; (8.25%) Los Angeles; (7.25%) rest of California. Other states (5%) MA, (.25%) WA, but only when drop shipping computer products direct from the warehouses.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards. All credit card orders require: the credit card name, company or person the credit card is issued to, billing address for the card, credit card number, expiration date and security code. Orders will be accepted and processed upon authorization from the credit card issuer. You may send the first half of your credit card number with your order. Upon confirmation, you can then send the last half of the credit card number.
Shipping Cost Estimate: Shipping charges range from $5 to $10 for small orders. UPS Ground charges vary based upon distance shipped and weight. Air freight charges vary by package size, weight, distance, and delivery time. We use www.ups.com and www.fedex.com for shipping estimates.
Freight Policy: Some of the printer supplies and computer related items can be drop shipped direct from a warehouse closer to your location. We have warehouses for computer supplies in California, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Not all product are carried at the various warehouses. The SC Large Format Paper ships from Southern California. Graphic Art Supplies ship from Southern California and Illinois.
UPS requires a valid shipping address. Residential or business delivery address needs to be specified. You may also request shipment via the post office or another company. Post office shipments are held and processed in a group, usually once per week, and require product to be shipped from southern California.
All claims for shortages and/or errors must be made within 7 working days after receipt of merchandise. Title to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the freight carrier (UPS, PostOffice, etc.). It is the responsibility of the customer to make note of the proper exceptions on the freight bill at the time of delivery, and have the driver sign to such exceptions. We will gladly assist in helping to file such claims with the carrier, but final responsibility rests with the customer.
Small Order Charge: There is a $6 small order charge, payable to the warehouse, for orders under $600.
Minimum Order: The small order charge is increased to $8 for orders under $50 of product.
Return Policy: Prior authorization to return merchandise must be obtained from Customer Service. When requesting a return authorization, please provide us with our invoice number and the reason for return. Credit cannot be given for items that can not be resold, are not in their original unopened packaging, or are marked up. A 15-25% restocking charge will apply on returns depending on manufacturer. We must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of our shipment to you.
